About Us
Heather Monoc / CEO
Heather developed a passion for making quality in-home care more accessible when she personally experienced the difference that the familiarity and comfort of home makes for the elderly and disabled. Her beloved paternal grandmother died of nursing home acquired pneumonia, so when her maternal grandmother suffered a stroke, the family committed to keeping her in her own home. This decision made all the difference in her grandmother’s quality of life, and so Heather made it her mission to be part of the home care solution for other families.
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX, and as well as an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She currently resides in Massachusetts, and when she’s not working, she can usually be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband, three children, and two dogs.

Our history
Mother-daughter team Robbie Pate and Heather Monoc, both experienced caregivers, found themselves without satisfactory options when seeking senior care for their own loved one, Robbie’s mother. Nothing they found met all of their requirements for affordable, dependable senior care. They realized that countless others were likely struggling as well, so they decided to do something about the lack of quality care solutions.
Together, they met the challenge head on and created a senior care company that has become synonymous with high-quality, compassionate care. A company that prides itself on providing consistent, reliable services that go beyond just basic care.
Today, Right Hand Senior Care is expanding their reach and providing quality, affordable care to more of those who need it, by offering franchise opportunities to people who have a passion and desire for a rewarding service-oriented career.
